Had a great time with friends! The Kitchen at Commons Club was top-notch, and we enjoyed lounging at the rooftop bar with skyline views. Great for a group kickback with cocktails. The staff was super friendly, and the lobby was always lively. Just keep in mind the drink menu could use a bit of variety.

The bartenders at the pool bar need better customer service training. It was frustrating having to call out for service while they chatted amongst themselves.

Would recommend for a quick stop

Comfortable room, lovely rooftop pool, where we enjoyed relaxing but found it a bit small and the music too loud to chat. plus, the convenient location is only 15 km from the airport.

The weekend staff could use some more training on customer service and there was only one person working the valet desk on Sunday, he wasn't friendly at all and we had to wait about 15 minutes for him to bring the car.

Had an incredible five-night stay! The rooftop pool was the perfect relaxation spot with stunning views, and the decorations gave it a cozy vibe. The latte selection at the lobby coffee shop was exceptional. I'd definitely come back.

Despite the payment trouble, I enjoyed the hotel's modern design and atmosphere, and I appreciated that they didn’t charge for my dog.

I had a wonderful time hanging out at the rooftop pool, enjoying the stunning views of Nashville while sipping tasty cocktails. The atmosphere was vibrant. the staff, especially at the bar, were friendly and made sure we had a great time. However, I'd suggest improving the service speed at the rooftop bar during peak times as it got a bit crowded.

My wife says that the room could use a bit more soundproofing for a family stay. A more private bathroom setup would be great for families with kids.

However, we faced a frustrating mix-up regarding our billing that required escalating our issue to a manager for resolution, delaying our refund for a week.
